Any and every time a change is made to a team roster, Collin MUST be notified by the captain concerned through @mail. This is VERY important due to the fact that the code runs off of who is listed on the Quidditch channel! You can monitor your roster with the command +quid [team name], where '[team name] is sly, gry, hfl, or rav.

Games are scheduled according to allotted "chunks" of time. Each of the six games of the Quidditch season are given a three week time slot. The game must be played within those three weeks. If it cannot be, the admins will take care of simulating it. The game schedule is here.

If a team cannot attend a scheduled match, their captain or vice-captain needs to contact Collin and the referee assigned to that match immediately to arrange a reschedule.

Failing a reschedule, if one team shows up with less than the requisite amount of players (four), they forfeit. If neither team has enough players, the game may be rescheduled if there is sufficient time left within that allotted slot. If there isn't time for a reschedule, it will be simmed. If a team shows up with no captain or vice-captain, that is also a forfeit. If the team is short players due to a legitimate RL emergency, the referee and Quidditch admins will use their best judgment to determine how to handle its outcome. Obviously we will not force a make-believe team on an online game to forfeit their match because someone's close family member has become ill. That's just silly.

During games, at least four out of seven of your players must be PCs (played by a human, not +forced). They may, however, be of any position, not necessarily one of each.

Poses should not exceed more than three lines during games.

Either the captain or the vice captain must be present for the entire duration of a game. The captain may start and then leave and have the vice captain take over afterwards, but one or the other must be there. Instances where this is not possible will be handled on a case-by-case basis (reschedule for the end of the game, team taken over by admin, forfeit, etc.)
