A retconn is when a scene is erased from the IC timeline--it did not happen at all. Staff reserves the right to retconn a scene due to gross violation of rules or unbelievability.

Retconns rarely occur on the game, and they are avoided if at all possible. If you participated in or witnessed a scene which you feel is not compliant with theme or canon, or is plain unrealistic, log it and send it to a staffer to be judged. Staff will not retconn a scene because a character's actions lead to undesireable IC consequences. Retconns are not a way out of player ignorance.
