Hogwarts Express is a minor-friendly (under-18) environment, and as such, ratings must be set.

In public IC areas roleplay is restricted to a PG-13 rating. Don't include things like graphic violence, blatant sexual innuendo, or strong language. If you wish to include any content of questionable rating in roleplay, clear it with the others in the scene and take it to a private room so that other players don't walk in.

Private scenes are not policed. However, regardless of age, no one is required to participate in a scene that makes them feel uncomfortable. You are within your rights to ask for the graphic nature of a scene to be toned down. You may also ask to Fade to Black or fastforward scenes you no longer wish to play, and your request should be respected.

All public channels, bboards, +fingers, +infos, and descs are PG. This means no swearing and no language offensive to race, gender, creed, or sexual orientation. No place is perfectly PC, but some topics are ones that we cannot compromise ourselves over and are never funny or acceptable. Playing on this game is a privilege, not a right, so refrain from pulling the freedom of speech card.
