An unlimited number of alternate characters are allowed as long as the following rules are followed:

1. No meta-playing: Your alternate characters will not all have access to the same information. For example, if you play both a Dark Wizard and an Auror, each will not know everything the other knows. Your knowledge as a player of one character does not automatically transfer to every other character that you play. Keep IC information separate from OOC. Please see 'news ooc information'.

2) Family Members: You may not play more than one member of your character's family as a PC, though you can certainly include them as NPCs. It is perfectly acceptable for you to find other players to take on these family members.

3) Feature Characters: Do not apply for more than one of a certain type of Feature character. No one may play two Death Eaters, teachers, etc. You may have more than one Ministry character, provided they are of different departments.
