Whether making policy decisions or dealing with a problematic player, Helpers will always do their best to be fair and hear all sides of the story. Decisions regarding policy are usually hashed out among the helpers responsible for that area of the game (a new school rule is primarily the decision of the god/goddess and the school area staff). All administrators, wizards, and god/goddesses have a say in hiring Newbie Greeters and Roleplay Generators. When it comes to promoting other staff members, these decisions are made by senior staff.

Major MUSH changing decisions not involving staff hiring and firing are occasionally made only after canvassing the playerbase for opinions; however, as the game is not a democracy, this is not always the case and sometimes the helpstaff has to make a call without player input.
