These character concepts will be automatically rejected.

1. Foreign exchange students: If you want your character to have been born outside of the British Isles and attend Hogwarts, ask that the family have moved by the time the student is, at the oldest, eight years old.
2. Students with a strong background in the Dark Arts or who aspire to be Dark Wizards: You, as a player, can have the desire to turn that character into a Dark Wizard some time after graduation, but most students would not even consider this while in school. If your character has an ambition, make it something different.
3. Wizards or witches who have survived the use of the Killing Curse.
4. Betrothed students or arranged marriages: They were not common in the 1970s in Britain. However, families can meddle and be a general pain.
5. Orphaned, abused, or grossly neglected students. The game is currently not allowing both parents to be killed in the course of RP either.
6. Squibs.
7. Magical Creatures not outlined in 'news apps creatures'.
8. Book characters or characters with familial relations to book characters.
9. Student characters who are the children of NPC Aurors.
10. Members of the Order of the Phoenix. Please see 'news adult order.'
11. Aurors who are ranked higher than trainee straight out of chargen. Please see 'news adult min mle.'
