Once your character profile has been approved by email, you will be @tel'ed into the Registrar's Office where you then must follow the Registrar's directions. The following attributes must be set before a character may be approved on the game: age, birthday, full name, house (if applicable), year (if applicable), race, info-background, info-RPG, description, alts (if applicable), and email.

Info-background is a short, at max two-paragraph blurb about what others might know about your character. What do his family and close friends know about him? How does he get along with his housemates or colleagues? Would the average John on Diagon Alley know something about him? Was he ever mentioned in the Daily Prophet? Do not try to put every detail of your character's past in this attribute. Aim to be brief.

All Hogwarts students must set an info-classes with a list of classes they are currently taking. First and second years need only put 'Core classes.' Third to fifth years must add two additional electives. Sixth or Seventh years must include their OWL scores, and NEWT classes. All adults must set an info-exams listing their OWL and NEWT scores, or their equivalent.

All Feature characters must set an info-[Ministry/Dark/Underground/Teacher] stating very briefly the background, skills, and weaknesses your character has in that current position.

All attributes must be understandable and relatively free of typos, grammatical errors, and inconsistencies.
