This department is responsible for working with the other wizarding authorities world wide. At the moment their focus is on expanding relations and sealing alliances, but it is just as often concerned with trying to press international regulations through on various issues of trade, commerce, product quality, uniformity of laws, etc. They are the diplomatic branch of the Ministry. It is important for a member of International Magical Cooperation to be well versed and history and be able to handle themselves in a professional and diplomatic manner.
