This department recruits, interviews, and places candidates for Ministry employment. They also handle the payment of said employees, as well as their benefits and time off. Internships are similarly handled through this department. This is an excellent department for wizards who love people, as it requires constant contact. If there is a dispute between employees and their supervisers, Human Resources is contacted. If an employee wishes a transfer to a different department, again, they would come here.
