Fill out each field as they apply to your character. You do not have to fill them out in the order they appear, but all fields must be complete upon submission to the staff.

• Full Name: Please pick an appropriate name in the context and theme of the game.
• Age: Your character must have been 17 or 18 to have graduated from Hogwarts. Please pick an appropriate age for positions you may be applying for.
• House: Pick one of the four houses at Hogwarts.
• Lineage: Pureblood, Halfblood, Mixed, or Muggleborn. Halfblood only applies to those born from one Pureblood parent and one Muggle or Muggleborn parent. Other mixes of lineage are simply 'mixed.'
• Description: 5-7 lines of what your character looks like.
• Background: A little history of your character. This can be anywhere from 3-7 paragraphs. Small history of family, how he grew up, what his/her years at Hogwarts were like, what his/her life has been like thusfar.
• NEWTS: Please fill out what NEWTs your character graduated with. NOTE: Characters tend to take five NEWTs, tops. More are considered on a case by case basis. Also, if you are applying to a specific job, please refer to the newsfiles on that job(For Ministry positions, go here, for Healing positions, here).
• Skills Strengths and Weaknesses: What your character is good at and not good at.
• Staff Secrets: Any secrets about your character or your character's families that you did not mention or could not fit elsewhere in the profile.

If you are applying for a specific character type(Underground, Ministry or Teacher), please fill out the following pertinent information. If not, skip to the end of the application:

Ministry

• What Position are you applying for:
• Describe your knowledge of the theme, specifically as it relates to the Ministry of Magic and the department/position your character will be holding:

Underground/Dark

• Underground type: Options include practitioners of dark magic, common criminals, mercenary, and possible Death Eater recruits.
• Describe your knowledge of the theme: If your character is a practitioner of Dark Magic, please pay special attention to the Dark Arts within the theme in your explanation.
• (Optional) Your character's public position: Does your character have a public position beyond what they do as a criminal? If so, what do they do for a living?

Teacher/Staff

• Teachers: What subject do you want to teach?
• Hogwarts Staff: What position are you applying for?
• Teachers: What has J.K. Rowling written about it and how much do you know about it in real life?

• Describe your personality as a player: Can you be fair to others when you don't necessarily get along with them?
• Why do you want to become a teacher? Include both your motivation as a player and your character's motivation. Be honest; don't just say what you think we want to hear!

Finally, please fill out the following and follow the instructions below to send in the application:

• Sample pose: A pose of your character doing something.
• Previous RP or MUSH experiences: Self-explanatory.
• Please describe your knowledge of consent-based play and ICA=ICC.
• Alts: List all current and past alts. All alt information is kept private among staffers and is not shared or publicised.
• Anything else you would like for us to know, as a player?

Approval by email may take up to five days. You will receive a reply email with our decision. Acceptance letters of your profile will provide directions on how to fill out the appropriate attributes and applications on-game. Rejections will include suggestions on how to improve your profile. You may resubmit your profile if it is rejected.
